• Report unusual activities to manager of building
• Pick up and dispose of trash in yards and around the building
• Report excessive trash to owners
• Sweep and mop hallway and steps
• Dust railings and window sills
• Dust baseboards and corners to rid cobwebs
• Wipe clean any glass doors at entry
• Sanitize door knobs
• Change standard light bulbs in hallways (we supply)
• Shampoo carpet (extra)
• Buff/strip/wax floors (extra)
• Bulk trash removal (extra)
• Window cleaning (extra)
• Water flooding (extra)

• Small building - $50.00 per clean
• Medium building - $95.00 per clean
• Large building - $125.00 per clean

Extra large building. Quotes will be given at time of request.

Bi-Weekly

• Small building - $75.00 per clean
• Medium building - $125.00/clean
• Large building - $150.00 per clean

Once Per Month

• Small building - $100.00
• Medium building - $150.00
• Large building - $200.00
